REGISTRATION What does the registration cost cover? It includes the admission to the conferences, workshops, concert/live recording and a conference manual. It does not include de ELAM (Summit of Leaders, Worshippers, and Musicians). ELAM has an additional cost. Can I attend only one day of the conference if so, what would be the cost? Yes, you are able to attend only one day, the cost id $50.00 and you may register at the registration booth that day. Are there any scholarships? No, we do not offer any scholarships. However you can visit our General Information Section to take advantage of some incredible discount we do provide. Can I transfer my registration to another person? Yes, however you must call our office to make the change prior to the date of the event. Is the registration cost refundable if unable to attend the conference? Yes, refunds are available until July 15, 2009 however we will retain a 15% for administrative costs. Can I use more than one credit card or payment method to pay my registration? The online system will not allow you to use more than one credit card but you can call the offices to process with more than one payment method however keep in mind that the discounted price is only if done online. Will I receive confirmation of my registration? Yes, once your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation to your email. If you do not receive it, your registration might of not been successful. If in doubt, contact our offices at 214 302-6580/81/82/83/84 What should I do if I have trouble registering online? Yes, just report to the registration booth however we recommend you register online to take advantage of the discounts and so that it can also facilitate and make it faster to receive your bracelet and manual on the day of the event. TRANSPORTATION, HOTELS, AND FOOD Will there be meals at the venue? Yes, we will offer a five meal/drink package for Sunday, Friday, and Saturday. The package will cost $59.99 per adult and $29.99 per child younger than 12 years old. Additionally, those registered in ELAM will have a special seven meal/drink package with a cost per adult of $79.99 and $39.99 per child. On your manual, we will provide a list of nearby restaurants. How far is the airport from the venue? The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is approximately 18.17 miles an approximate 21 minute driving time. Can I attend only the concert? Yes, you can get your tickets online or on the day of the event. Will you offer hospitality with church families? No, there is no hospitality services. No, we appreciate your understanding. Will there be reserved seating for large groups? No, if you would like to have a good seating we suggest you be punctual. Can I reserve seats? No, during the breaks you will be allowed to leave your belongings on your seat if you would like however during the lunch and dinner breaks you will be required to take them with you. We are not responsible for lost items. CHILDREN Will there be child care? No, there is no child care. Children are each parent’s sole responsibility; we ask that you have control of your children. No, if your child is registered for the conference, there is no additional cost for attending the ELAM ( Summit of Leaders, Worshippers, and Musicians) As what age do children pay? Between ages 6-12 NIGHTS OF WORSHIP AND MIRACLES Is the admission free in the evenings? Wednesday and Thursday evenings will be free admission only to the Nights of Worship and Miracles. During the Nights of Miracles will people on wheel chairs have special seating? Yes, please contact an usher so that they direct you to the assigned section. WEATHER AND DRESS CODE What is the weather typically like during those dates? The summer weather in Dallas, TX surpasses de 80% F. What is the dress code for the conference? We recommend you dress appropriately and decently. Shorts, mini skirts, low neckline and close-fitting clothing are not allowed. VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY Are video and photography/flash photography allowed during the conferences and concerts? NO, no type of photographic cameras, video cameras, o recording equipment will be allowed in the auditorium. No exceptions. ELAM Can I attend only the Workshops of Worship Leaders and Musicians?
